Product designs, colours, packaging and specific items included in gift sets may vary depending on availability. Where applicable, such variations will be mentioned on the relevant product page.

4. Prices & Payment

All product prices displayed on our website are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an order has been placed with an obvious pricing error, we may contact you before processing the order.

5. Orders & Order Confirmation

Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An order is considered confirmed only after the required verification or confirmation process has been completed by MyBabyYo.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect information, suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability or other legitimate reasons.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, a Rs. 500 advance payment is required after order confirmation before the order is processed for dispatch.

The remaining balance will be payable to the courier at the time of delivery.

Rs. 150 from the advance payment will be adjusted against the total order amount.

Additional details regarding COD orders are provided during the order confirmation process.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

MyBabyYo is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

For eligible returns, customers may be required to provide photographs, videos or other information to help us verify the issue.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Any applicable advance payment or charges will be handled according to the applicable order and refund terms.

10. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, discounts, coupons and special campaigns may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

MyBabyYo reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue a promotion where necessary.
